Found EMR Renovations Services via an online search and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for gutters, sidings, roofings or any other renovation projects. We called Endri this summer to replace our decades old gutters and install aluminum sidings to our house. He and his team were always professional and kind, quick to answer all questions from myself and from my elderly grandparents and walk us through his plan and process at every step. His team was very quick to respond to calls/emails for follow-up appointments and helped find a mutually beneficial schedule to get the work done effectively and quickly. We were so impressed with the care his team had shown with our first project that we also immediately asked him to upgrade our back porch roof from plastic to a finished, tiled roofing. Overall, very satisfied with the service provided by Endri and his team at EMR Renovation Services and will be reaching out for all future projects. EMR added vinyl siding to our second floor box window. The team got the job done within a day and the area was cleaned up nicely. We were extremely happy when we saw the final product.

They went above and beyond by taking pictures of their work of the aprons for the 3 windows to ensure transparency and were happy to make any necessary corrections without any fuss. Additionally, they were willing to do some extras as requested, always aiming to please. Their attention to detail was evident as they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, using a blower to remove debris from the porch and carefully checking the garden areas for fallen bits of metal. Our gutters were over 30 years old and beyond repair. Endri and the EMR team provided a timely and fair estimate. The work was completed efficiently and professionally, and the final look is seamless. We asked about other projects we would like completed in the next few years, and we were provided with helpful information without being pressured. Overall we had an extremely positive experience with EMR renovations and look forward to calling them for other projects.

When the roof at our house suffered major damage just days before a torrential thunderstorm was forecast, EMR Renovations was one of the first to respond to our emergency situation . Endri visited the site the same day, surveyed the damage and presented a competitive quote with the promise of work to begin the next day. He was very thorough and professional in explaining the repairs necessary and greatly allayed our anxiety. Endri followed through on every promise, bringing a crew of 7 to the house the next morning to repair the structural damage and re-roof the house before the storm. Included was new eavestroughing as well as insulation and vinyl siding on one exterior wall. We feel very fortunate to have found EMR Renovations at this critical time and would give them the highest of recommendations.

We needed shingle roof repairs in about 12 spots, this was due to high winds and some raccoon damage too. Weather forecast was rain on the following few days and we were very worried. We called EMR, spoken to Andre. He understood the coming weather sitution and sent one of his best man (Bruno) to do the repairs. Bruno worked non-stop for 5 hours. Amazing worker, no fuss, very calm, no complaints. He made sure all repairs were complete before leaving. Of i would recommend EMR, who would not in our situation. Endri and his team were excellent to work with. They were prompt in communication, and got the job done quickly. It turned out the original leak (flat roof) I hired them to fix wasn't the only problem, so they came back to resolve the other issue (door frame). I ended up hiring them to do the rest of the doors on my house because they did such a good job! I would recommend them, and hire them again if I needed more work done!
